The sales (Jeff), finance (Mo) and customer service (Jenna) staff were not only courteous but honest as well. There was no undo pressure placed on me to purchase a vehicle and a genuine effort to meet my needs and answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with the “ deal “ we negotiated and the speed in completing all the paper work. This was my fourth Outback purchase and my best buying experience ever, I look forward to using the Ciocca service center in the future and can’t wait for Ciocca to open a facility in the Lower Bucks County Pa. area. Great Buying Experience! My friend Tom C. greeted me and referred me to Greg F. who made me very comfortable during the whole process. Greg asked me a few questions and showed me my options based on the information I gave him. He was very knowledgeable at helping me make the right decision based on my needs and budget.
