TRANSFERRED TO SUNY FREDONIA TO FINISH MY BACHELORS DEGREE IN MARKETING AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SHORTLY AFTER COLLEGE I OBTAINED A SALES POSITION FOR SATURN OF ROCHESTER IN 1993. I THEN TOOK A FINANCE POSITION IN 1995 AT DORSCHEL AUTO GROUP FOR 10 YEARS AND THEN 9 YEARS WITH PIEHLER IN WEBSTER. STARTED WITH VISION AS SALES MANAGER IN 2013.

So now they had my truck for week to try get the tailgate adjusted. I have tried contacting my service advisor to get update and get vague answers. I have emailed the service manager and no response. I see o adjusted. I have tried contacting my service advisor to get update and get vague answers. I have emailed the service manager and no response. I see on OnStar my truck has at same spot for week. Vision you truly need to make changes to your customer service. The way are doing things you never be able to 100% satisfaction like your GM said going forward. I have contact GM customer service and I hope they can find resolution or buy back this truck. Vision you truly don't care about your customers it is just the money you care about. The whole vision management team at vision Buick GMC should resign and find management team that actually cares about it customers!!!!!! More

I have been taking my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali back to this location since I bought it from here. Within one year of having the truck I was told I need a new transmission. It was covered by warranty, okay grea location since I bought it from here. Within one year of having the truck I was told I need a new transmission. It was covered by warranty, okay great. They had my truck for 2 months. The refurbished transmission they put in made my truck worst. I took it back and they advised we needed a tune up and an oil hose replaced. $1300 later out of pocket that was still not the problem. Keep in mind we took the truck back atleast 3-4 times after the refurbished transmission was put in. I since moved to NC and took my vehicle to the GMC here, I got an appointment the very next day( at Vision appts are 2 weeks to a month out) and within 5 hours I was advised we had a fuel injector issue, motor Mount and there was a coolant leak( this was all reported to Vision and they said that’s not it). Vision GMC made us come out of pocket when we NEVER needed to. This location is by FAR THE WORST. More
