TRANSFERRED TO SUNY FREDONIA TO FINISH MY BACHELORS DEGREE IN MARKETING AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SHORTLY AFTER COLLEGE I OBTAINED A SALES POSITION FOR SATURN OF ROCHESTER IN 1993. I THEN TOOK A FINANCE POSITION IN 1995 AT DORSCHEL AUTO GROUP FOR 10 YEARS AND THEN 9 YEARS WITH PIEHLER IN WEBSTER. STARTED WITH VISION AS SALES MANAGER IN 2013.

Worst experience of my life from the sale, to the communication, and to the services that are promised but not given in the end. Raised the price of vehicle while on my way to the dealer with money communication, and to the services that are promised but not given in the end. Raised the price of vehicle while on my way to the dealer with money down on the car. Never received the rust proof coating or the ceramic coating all their vehicles supposedly come with. Damaged headlight was replaced with aftermarket junk so the hood would hardly latch, and delivered the car to me that way to avoid paying for OEM parts even though that was part of a signed deal. Nobody from sales, or even the general sales manager will return your call once you report an issue to them. Highly recommend going absolutely anywhere else. More

On my used car I bought there were 5 rust spots that needed attention, first they refused to do the repairs the way there own body shop recommended to do it the right way and said they would do it a way needed attention, first they refused to do the repairs the way there own body shop recommended to do it the right way and said they would do it a way that really last but would look good for a while I really didn’t have any other choice but to agree, so the car went in for the repairs and I got it back and all the agreed repairs were not done so I asked why and they said that they had set a budget for the work and the budget money ran out and they were not willing to complete the repairs that were agreed upon if they had said that’s the way it was going to work with a budget I probably would’ve agreed to pay the difference to get the job done complete now I have to find someone else to complete the work because they wouldn’t let me talk to the person or tell me who it was so I could of made my own deal to get it complete. More
