FIRST STARTED IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AS A LOT GUY IN THE LATE 80'S WHEN MY FATHER SOLD CARS FOR TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. ATTENDED COLLEGE AT FLCC TO GET MY ASSOCIATES IN MARKETING. TRANSFERRED TO SUNY FREDONIA TO FINISH MY BACHELORS DEGREE IN MARKETING AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SHORTLY AFTER COLLEGE I OBTAINED A SALES POSITION FOR SATURN OF ROCHESTER IN 1993. I THEN TOOK A FINANCE POSITION IN 1995 AT DORSCHEL AUTO GROUP FOR 10 YEARS AND THEN 9 YEARS WITH PIEHLER IN WEBSTER. STARTED WITH VISION AS SALES MANAGER IN 2013.

The Delivery was a Custom Factory Ordered GMC Sierra EV Denali Max with significant down-payment. I repeatedly requested, "HANDS OFF" upon Delivery. Do NOT Do Any Dealership Prep Whatsoever, NONE! The Deal Denali Max with significant down-payment. I repeatedly requested, "HANDS OFF" upon Delivery. Do NOT Do Any Dealership Prep Whatsoever, NONE! The Dealership had their Prep-Guy sneak-install a LoJack Tracker very sloppily bending one of the Pins of their Patch-Harness and cobbled up a twisted mass of wires and misaligned the panel he stuffed it all behind. There are many other very professional GMC Certified Specialists at this Dealership. No offense to them. More

Everyone was very helpful and easy to talk to. Jake B was awesome. We told him what we wanted and there was no haggling on price as we said what we could afford. The staff are friendly. But the shop is not very accommodating. After recently purchasing the vehicle months later both batteries died and needed repaired. The batteries were after market which means they had been changed since the vehicle was made (2019) after making a deal that they would lower the cost of repairs needed. I went to have said repairs and ended up being charger 200 more than what was told to me. I cant help but feel taken advantage of. And will not purchase from here again. More
