TRANSFERRED TO SUNY FREDONIA TO FINISH MY BACHELORS DEGREE IN MARKETING AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SHORTLY AFTER COLLEGE I OBTAINED A SALES POSITION FOR SATURN OF ROCHESTER IN 1993. I THEN TOOK A FINANCE POSITION IN 1995 AT DORSCHEL AUTO GROUP FOR 10 YEARS AND THEN 9 YEARS WITH PIEHLER IN WEBSTER. STARTED WITH VISION AS SALES MANAGER IN 2013.

They need more staff to get things done and better communication when someone calls and sets up appointment and then when you go in the service department half the people have no idea why you're there communication when someone calls and sets up appointment and then when you go in the service department half the people have no idea why you're there. If you stop by like they say for routine service bank on at least a 2 hour wait. Demand them to take your car for a drive after a brake job and if you hear something tell them you're leaving the car till it's fixed and you need a loaner car. After 4 or 5 visits for a brake job lost count after 2. Finally the car is fixed. Do better! You driving a 30K or more priced car. I was outside and a guy was telling the front desk staff why do I hear the sound the car makes and you don't. Do better. Listen to the customers when you buy a car you're getting paid through the purchase of the car. Do better. More

The service staff are very helpful and accomodating. I am disappointed the the salesperson who I worked with or someone else has not reached out to me by phone to see how satisfied I am, review my contr I am disappointed the the salesperson who I worked with or someone else has not reached out to me by phone to see how satisfied I am, review my contract and if I have any concerns. The dealership I spoke with prior to choosing this one, has contacted me about how the car is working etc. And offered help with any issues. That should be coming from where I actually purchased the car. It has been a year since I obtained the vehicle. I think that I will reconsider this dealership when it is time to change my car. It may seem like a small thing,but to me it indicates a "slam bam thank mam" mentality. More
