I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from a good friend who purchased it new from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale in fall of 2011. I continued taking it to Earnhardt's because they take care of it the w who purchased it new from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale in fall of 2011. I continued taking it to Earnhardt's because they take care of it the way it should be cared for. They are great to work with, are very responsive to any concerns I have regarding my car. Mike Southern was my initial contact but I have worked with other service representatives over past several years and all have been keenly aware of service and work that has been done and what most probable future needs might be. My Service Advisor on my last visit was Justin Shecton and he was right on top of his game and good to work with. I appreciate Earnhardt's because as a Phoenix resident since age 2, I appreciate having "Small town care" and the peace of mind that comes in working with people you trust. More

Fifth car from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale Went in for service on my 2019 Santa Fe and ended up leaving later that day with a 2020 Palisade Limited. Jonathan and I talk every time I'm getting my vehicle and my wife's vehicle serviced and I asked him to take a look at the Palisade since I hadn't seen one in person. Jonathan, Tony, and Ian were able to work out a deal where I got a lower interest rate and kept my payment the same while getting into an amazing vehicle I never thought I could afford. Thanks again, guys! I always refer everyone I know to the Hyundai Brand and this dealership in particular. It is also important to note that the service team is the best in the industry. This is my 19th vehicle so I have had cars serviced at many different places. One of the many reasons I stick with Hyundai is for this service team. I have worked with every single adviser including Michael Southern, the service director, and they are all incredible. More

Happy return customers! I purchased a new Elantra in July of 2016 after my Veloster Turbo, which I also purchased from Earnhardt Hyundai, was totaled. I worked with Kyle and I purchased a new Elantra in July of 2016 after my Veloster Turbo, which I also purchased from Earnhardt Hyundai, was totaled. I worked with Kyle and Ian. When Big Two Toyota of Chandler totaled my Fiancee's Prius while it was in for service, we came back to Earnhardt Hyundai and worked with Kyle and Ian again. It was an incredibly easy experience and they worked with us while we were waiting for the insurance check to come in. My Fiancee told me several times how much she loved working with Kyle and Ian and how funny and friendly they were. We are both definitely Earnhardt Hyundai customer's for life. The icing on the cake is working with Ben and Mike in the service department. They make taking care of the car easy, and the shuttle drivers Dan and Tom are always incredibly friendly and fun to talk with on my ride to and from work. Amazing Customer Service!!! My Fiancée and I had been shopping around for a vehicle but were very limited on time. We had been to two car dealerships before stopping at Earnhardt Hyundai an hour and half before closing. Ibrahim Khan welcomed us as if he had all day to sit and answer our questions ... Which was not only pleasing but refreshing in comparison to the two previous experiences I had that night. After much deliberation my fiancée and I filled out or applications, emailed all necessary paper work and sat with Tristan Crook ... Again a very pleasant experience. The gentlemen at this dealership need to be praised! Their service during the process and after were and have been amazing! ... They have followed up with me several times and that is beyond customer service. We will definitely be buying our next vehicles at Earnhardt; especially if Ibrahim and Tristan our the one assisting us. Thank you to this amazing experience! More
