Difficult to get a hold of anyone in the used car service department and to get any kind of written report on what was completed. There is no direct phone number, the numbers listed on the service manager's department and to get any kind of written report on what was completed. It's unfortunate that buying a used car from Hollywood Kia you are treated much differently than if you'd bought a new Kia even in the service department. More
