I was initially connected with Stephanie Ramirez when contacting your agency. There was no mention that “she” was not Holman. I asked for an out the door price including all taxes and fees. She provided contacting your agency. There was no mention that “she” was not Holman. I asked for an out the door price including all taxes and fees. She provided me with a number which I agreed to. Upon arriving, I was informed there was no Stephanie, and that it was an AI response. The number I was given was not honored, as well as the quote given for my trade in. This practice of yours is highly unethical. More
