I don't know how you managed to get five star anything, considering the amount of financial fraud you committed to get my wife approved for a *second* car loan when we were already behind on the first one you conned us into, putting us at a 70% debt to income ratio after altering her financial documents. Did you get five stars in con artistry? It's been almost four years, and we have yet to recover our credit from the mess you caused, and we're now unable to get back into a decent vehicle or get approved for a mortgage because you screwed us over so badly. Tom and Nick were very patient with me and found me a car that not only fit my budget, but that I absolutely love. It was late when I decided what I wanted so the paperwork was not going to be ready until the next morning. To make sure I made it home safely, they let me drive my new car home anyway.
