My only objective is to make all my customers feel special throughout their entire ownership experience. They are purchasing or leasing the best automobile in the world and they will be treated with the best service in the world. They are the most important person to me, and I am thankful to be able to help them get their very own Mercedes Benz. I will be with them for the entire ownership experience. I will handle all their service and maintenance needs. I will be the one who arranges the appointments and sets up the loaner car whenever they may need it. I am there for them from the moment we meet, for anything they may need relating to their Mercedes Benz, and I am grateful for it.

Recent Purchase Tom Cola was our sales person. He was both courteous and professional and very helpful as we had some problems programming the radio stations. This is Tom Cola was our sales person. Great dealership experience one more time at Ray Catena! I had a great experience again since I walked out with a lease almost 3 years before. Tom and Raj made this experience very pleasurable and enjoyable. They made me feel special and also did not go through any mumbo jumbo during the sales experience. It was very straight forward and informative and I felt they were really trying to help me with my need. They gave me the answers straight and fair which helped me make my choice sooner than later. Horrible Experience: Lack of Transparency Tom Cola was not truthful and honest. This is my second purchase with Tom and I felt like he betrayed that trust and was not transparent. I did a leas Tom Cola was not truthful and honest. This is my second purchase with Tom and I felt like he betrayed that trust and was not transparent. I did a lease renewal which included excess mileage on my current lease. It took less than an hour to complete the deal, however it took over 3+ hours to get the paper work done. I did not get an odometer disclosure statement, because he said "trust me I got you covered". I received a letter for MBFS billing me for excess mileage and when I followed up with Tom, he said we never had that conversation ...... WOW! It could have been a misunderstanding, but how Tom handled the issue was disappointing. My advice, when you hear trust me with a smile .... ask questions, seek the clarity you need. More

I would recommend using this dealership for your Mercedes needs and ask for Tom specifically who will take great care of you during your purchase/lease decision. More
