We all appreciated Chris and his courtesy. He was very nice to work with and we would surely recommend him again. However, I left a voicemail for Tom the same Sunday evening we got home. When we got home, I checked my papers and noticed that form was missing. I think he didn't waive it as promised at the signing and never returned my call. That was the only part that was upsetting and disappointing. More
