The worst experience ever. Toyota doesn’t stand behind its engines. $9000 repair for 3 year old car. Wouldn’t work with us for payment. We are struggling family and would have regular income in a month bu its engines. $9000 repair for 3 year old car. Wouldn’t work with us for payment. We are struggling family and would have regular income in a month but they weren’t willing to work with us at all. Toyota shouldn’t have engines that go bad within 3 years. I called the owner and he didn’t have the decency to even call me back. You guys lost a customer forever and I will spread the word to all my family and friends to never buy from Toyota. More

They did a great job on the repair, and AGAIN showed that they are an honest and ethical repair service. Although they diagnosed a defective part, upon installation found a corroded wire and fixed it without they are an honest and ethical repair service. Although they diagnosed a defective part, upon installation found a corroded wire and fixed it without the part (that they had ordered). As a result they saved me money! I trust them, and have gone back for vehicles since 1987. Toyotas are not perfect, but I've sure had great vehicles with few repairs in many years. More
