After 2 attempts to get it right by a sales manager, which didn’t go well, I, with much hesitation, finally had to contact the General Manager to get the issue resolved. After a nice conversation with Tom, the GM, the matter was handled professionally and immediately and I now have the new Genuine TOYOTA OEM trailer hitch made specifically for my Highlander installed Thanks to Tom and Lori for their dedication to customer care we are very happy and highly recommend St. Cloud Toyota to everyone! More

Mitch and Tom were there to answer any last minute questions we had before we left the lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another vehicle or recommend them.
