We first met Tom 3 years ago when i was interested in leasing a Cascada. We left the dealership that day with the first Cascada to leave a showroom in RI. A short time later my son needed to purchase a reliable used car and we sent him to Tom. Tom was just as attentive to my son purchasing a used car as he was helping a new car buyer. In that instance both Tom and the other people went above and beyond in helping our son when his credit union botched his paperwork. They got him financing on the spot so he was able to pick up his vehicle without a hiccup. Tom follows up and has even stopped by our house to pick up paperwork or drop off something. i am now driving my newly purchased 2019 Cascada and i highly recommend Tom and Paul Masse.
