He followed up on post-delivery to ensure that all was good and wanted to ensure that we were comfortable with the vehicle and to let us know if we had questions not to hesitate to call him. The process is also a testament to the Paul Masse Buick/GMC business model which is a first-class organization with an exemplary service department.
