Working with Tom Fratantuono has been a most refreshing experience as Tom is easy to work with and approaches the sales process as it should be with the customer being number one which is so absent at many experience as Tom is easy to work with and approaches the sales process as it should be with the customer being number one which is so absent at many businesses today. His professionalism, knowledge of the product, and overall expertise shine in every aspect of a car purchase starting with the initial introduction, throughout the sales process, and the delivery of the vehicle. He followed up on post-delivery to ensure that all was good and wanted to ensure that we were comfortable with the vehicle and to let us know if we had questions not to hesitate to call him. The process is also a testament to the Paul Masse Buick/GMC business model which is a first-class organization with an exemplary service department. I would like to also give kudos to Ali and Jorge for their assistance in the process. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from them. We look forward to a continued relationship with them. Thank you! Bill and Chris More
