I was looking for a new Ford Ranger on Car’s.com and came across a few that I was really interested from Maplecrest Ford. I immediately called them up and spoke to Emma. We spoke about the Rangers they had in stock for about 20 minutes. Not once was she pushy or trying to persuade me into upgrades or anything. She was super helpful, professional, and genuinely nice while giving me a deal that I couldn’t pass up... so I decided to trust in her and the dealership and ended up getting my new Ranger STX Supercrew 4x4 with absolutely no troubles at all. I showed up once to the dealership and the whole process was completed in less than 45 minutes. Great people at this dealership, especially Emma, who take the time to help their customer every step of the way. Thank you Emma! More

I walked into Maplecrest after dropping off my 2012 Ford Escape at the body shop, with a not so reassuring look from the the estimator, I knew it was time to start the search for my next vehicle. After talk Escape at the body shop, with a not so reassuring look from the the estimator, I knew it was time to start the search for my next vehicle. After talking with Emma and test driving a few cars I was at a lost. It took a few days but the perfect deal came along and she worked diligently to get it done quickly. Amazing experience. I am a leaser of Ford and have been loyal of the Ford and Lincoln brand. I have had other cars as well such as Jeep, Mini, & Chevy over the years as I am a leaser of Ford and have been loyal of the Ford and Lincoln brand. I have had other cars as well such as Jeep, Mini, & Chevy over the years as well. Ford makes beautiful machines with probably the best technology out there amongst its competitors. Safety features and a lot of tech are now standard features which is really a best foot forward for Ford in my easy. Let's face it we all really do not think about worst care scenario until it happens. I prefer to be proactive rather than reactive, personally. I always make sure that I get something fast, safe, and love technology. Maplecrest has 2 locations in NJ and besides a very friendly staff (Frank (Sales), David (Operations Manager), and Maria (Finance) are all amazing and always get me in and out and provide me the exact vehicle that I request at the price I negotiated, no surprises. I have a lot of patience for most things in life but haggling is not one of them. I make it clear that I want what I want and I do not want any surprises. They never let me down and are on point 100% of the time. Obviously sometimes things happen beyond the dealerships control like issues from the factory which happens from time to time with any manufacturer and their service department rocks as well. I apologize for not knowing their names but honestly I rarely ever have an issue and the car is in and out. So far the cars all leased from the 2 Maplecrest dealerships 2005 Lincoln MKX limited, 2008 Lincoln MKX Limited, 2011 Ford Edge Sport, 2015 Ford Edge Sport, & 2019 Ford Edge ST. I send everyone I know there and they all couldn't be happier with their decision. More
