I was greeted right away, and met with the most wonderful sales consultant, Tom Haidet. He has the experience and knowledge that sold me right away. I love that there was no pressure. Tom went over all my options, and guided me into the perfect new car. I was looking for a slightly larger SUV type because I watch my granddaughter and soon to be grandson will be added to the mix. My previous car did not fit the car seat very well, and I was also unhappy with it in general (not a Honda). My husband and sister both drive Honda models and I am always hearing how safe and reliable they are. I left Manly Honda with a beautiful white CRV, and couldn't be happier. Tom Haidet took such good care of me, and completed my afternoon in record time. The finance department rep, Darin Jackson, was also extremely knowledgeable. He guided me through all the necessary information to ensure my success while driving my new car. Tom Haidet is Awesome! Ted and Tom are Awesome! Took my 2015 Pilot in for it's second service and inquired about looking at the new CRVs, Ted introduced me to Tom and aft Ted and Tom are Awesome! Took my 2015 Pilot in for it's second service and inquired about looking at the new CRVs, Ted introduced me to Tom and after a good discussion and a 2016 CRV test drive, I was convinced that this was a better vehicle for me. Hasmore bells and whistles than the Pilot and i felt more comfortable driving it. Drove a brand new (132 miles) CRV off the lot the same day. I love my new Honda CRV! Kudos to Tom!!! More

I have been purchasing cars for many years now and I had no undue pressure from my salesman, Mark. He listened to my needs and put me into the right car. I am delighted with my new car. I do want to reveal one uncomfortable moment, though. As I was filling out my paperwork I was required to give my SS number because a background check is now required by Homeland Security. Even though I paid cash and am a woman in my sixties as well as born in America.....suddenly I could be a threat to my country? I was very uncomfortable with this as I know illegal immigrants are not required to give any info upon entering our country. I believe my rights were violated and everyone should stand up against this invasion of privacy! More
