Needless to say the whole process is not something you look forward to, let alone with my three young children (all 5 or under) in tow. Surprisingly though Dustin and Tom both made it an easier and more enjoyable process. They were neither pushy nor over aggressive, they interacted with my kids and gave my wife and myself respect and honesty. Yes I said honesty in the same sentence as two Car salesman. I knew after speaking to them both I would be buying the vehicle I wanted from them and Manly Honda. From there I spoke with Ozzie and Beejan from finance and rather than hearing sales pitch after sales pitch I heard honest reasons why they had value for the products they provide. Gap insurance and the extended warranty on electrics for my 2017 Pilot were a no brained and I couldn't agree more with the value they both present for me. From start to finish I had the pleasure of speaking with 4 of Manly's employees (Dustin, Tom, Beejan, Ozzie) and all had the same level of honesty, integrity, and desire to get my new family of 5 a vehicle that can accommodate our size and needs, and they all worked to make sure we were not only satisfied guests of Manly, but happy with the service and purchase we received and ultimately made. Dustin even took the time to explain every feature of the new 2017 Pilot to my wife, he synced her phone with the Blue tooth, and showed her how to use the CarPlay and all the amazing features this vehicle has. Overall I really shouldn't have put this purchase off for as long as I did, because it was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. More

The time taken to complete paperwork is lengthy. With all the computer programs, etc.; one would hope that some of that time could be shortened. I'm sure it is somewhat and I understand the necessity to have accurate information, but would like the time to be shorter. Of course, this is not something I do frequently. More
