We had a great experience leasing that car and figured we would return to the same salesperson. Well, it turned out that that sales person had retired, so we met with Matt Long. He definitely made the experience easy., he was professional at all times, knowledgeable and respected our wishes. He found us the exact car we wanted and worked with us on a fair price. We were so happy, we went back two weeks later to lease a 2016 Tuscon. Again, we had a great experience. More

Great Experience I visited heritage Hyundai in Towson last week to upgrade from my 2005 Elantra to the 2016 model. This was the first time I've negotiated a car purcha I visited heritage Hyundai in Towson last week to upgrade from my 2005 Elantra to the 2016 model. This was the first time I've negotiated a car purchase on my own and had felt pressured and over stressed at the dealerships I visited prior. Heritage had the best price by far and working with Tom Hamme was a breeze. He was friendly and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend that anyone visiting heritage Hyundai request him specifically! More

The whole experience is very laid back and there is no pressure involved. This dealership is not only interested in selling/servicing cars; but establishing long lasting relationships. I know that as long as I find the Hyundai cars satisfactory to me, I will be returning to Heritage to buy them. More
