After being promised the “best price” and being late at night as they closed we come to find out the next day that they snug in a $997 paint and fabric protection that we told them we didn’t want. Then it took multiple calls and weeks later to get out trade in check for our Subaru Outback. These guys are the MOST crooked dealership that I have ever witnessed and my parents are now in the market for a 2024 Sonata and I would NEVER EVER buy from this dealership again. Be careful and buy elsewhere, there are too many other dealers who are honest and will not screw you like Towson Hyundai did to us! More
