Great dealership and customer services; recently, I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from the Hyundai dealership in Towson, MD, and Tom Hamme was terrific at his job, patient, good nature, knowledgeable, and purchased a Hyundai Tucson from the Hyundai dealership in Towson, MD, and Tom Hamme was terrific at his job, patient, good nature, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. He went above and behind to get us what we wanted and needed. He and his team worked with my fiancé and me to help us get this fantastic car and give us a great deal. We are thrilled with our Hyundai Tucson and how Tom dealt pretty with us. A big thank you to him and his team, which made this experience enjoyable, and we are looking forward to working with them in the future. I'm not happy with the service I've received from Heritage Hyundai at all. I brought a 2017 Buick Enclave from them last June. I took it in for an oil change in early October, by mid November, my veh Heritage Hyundai at all. I brought a 2017 Buick Enclave from them last June. I took it in for an oil change in early October, by mid November, my vehicle was leaking oil from the filter they installed. I tried to get in contact with them, I left numerous messages, contacted the 1-800 number and no one returned my calls. I had to wait for the appointment they set for me in January. When my appointment came, I told the guy about the issues I was having with my vehicle and I let him know it was burning gas. He looked and smiled and replied; "I have to take it to another dealer for them to look at it. About three weeks later, I started to have transmission issues. When I went back to ask about my warranty, I found out I just went over the 12,000 mile warranty and was instructed to buy a new warranty or trade (and accrue more debt) . I took my vehicle to a mechanic whom told me my transmission did not have much fluid in it and it has internal issues. So now I have this vehicle ( which I strongly believe I over paid for) that needs to have a transmission rebuild or replace ($5,100 out of pocket). I haven't driven my vehicle in almost a month and a half because a lot repair shops are busy. It's been been in a transmission repair shop for the last week and trust I'm not happy at all about paying to get it fix. More

Priced at MSRP for the Ioniq 5 when others were marking it up $2500 so they were at least fair on the price. But they forced me to pick up the car within 24 hours or they would refund the deposit and sell it up $2500 so they were at least fair on the price. But they forced me to pick up the car within 24 hours or they would refund the deposit and sell it to someone else- I drove 320 miles round trip in the rain to get the car. I wanted to pick it up two days later but they flatly refused! A little more flexibility on the car delivery would have been great. Then the two hours of delivery time in the dealership for an all cash sale was a waste of my time- not ever buying fabric protection! More
