The level of professionalism he brought to the experience of leasing a new vehicle was unprecedented. He was always patient and answered every question I had regrading all aspects of the car and my financing situation. The whole experience was easy and never overwelming. Wes made me feel no pressure and pulled some strings to get me the best deal he could get me regarding my financial situation. The new facility was comfortable. Very Friendly Staff The staff were very friendly and personable. When I first walked into the dealership, however, not one person approached me. I walked around for seve The staff were very friendly and personable. When I first walked into the dealership, however, not one person approached me. I walked around for several minutes, then walked back outside. After some time, I walked back in and was approached by a very friendly salesperson, Michelle. Chuck Hansen was the salesperson I spoke with on the phone, so her was our final salesperson and had me test drive the vehicle I ended up leasing. However, MIchelle spent about 4 hours with us the following day, taking us for a test drive of two other vehicles. We waited over 3 hours for finance to help us with checkout. It never happened that evening. We ended up having to return the following evening and spent 2 and a half hours there. We were told that finance should take a half hour, but it was over an hour. So, the waiting time was definitely NOT a positive experience, even though the salespeople were friendly. More

The best vehicle purchasing experience ever (almost)! Honest, forthright, best price, courteous, friendly, helpful, KNOWLEDGEABLE, got me the exact vehicle (model, color, extras, etc) I wanted. Even thou Honest, forthright, best price, courteous, friendly, helpful, KNOWLEDGEABLE, got me the exact vehicle (model, color, extras, etc) I wanted. Even though they had to get it from Soquel, CA, they had it on site within 2 days or less. The sales rep I worked with, Tom Larson, went above and beyond. He picked me up where the Amtrak bus dropped me off ( I traveled 300 miles to get this car from them it was such a good price!), did not have any surprises, everything he represented on the phone was honored, even after the sale was closed, he took more than an hour to take me through the whole vehicle and teach me how everything worked (and he KNEW all the little details of how it worked), and then sent me off with a full tank of gas to make the trip back! I've NEVER had that kind of service. They have freshly baked yummy cookies and fresh fruit for customers. It was almost an absolutely perfect experience. An absolutely perfect experience (and thus the "almost") would have included spring water for customers instead of city water from a fountain. The long trip to get the vehicle was well worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. More
