We took the loaner car to breakfast and returned to just browse the showroom for a few minutes. We ended up meeting Tom, test drove a few different vehicles and bought a new Q5! Our service visit ended up being a trade/new car experience! We had not intended to purchase that day, but Tom was very helpful and patient with our questions and his time. We returned later that day to pick up our new car and head out to dinner, the transition was handled beautifully! The team at Audi including Nathan in finance made the experience easy and smooth.
