After my car was totaled in an accident, I was forced to buy another car. I did some searching on the internet to see what type of convertibles were being offered. Although I wasn't overly impressed by the photos of the Audi A3 convertible, my son and I planned to visit a few different dealerships within a few days. When we arrived at Audi Devon and found the A3 convertible that was listed and pictured on their website, I fell in love with it. The pictures online didn't do this car justice. I knew I was going to buy an A3 convertible, it was just a matter from which dealership. Previous battles with car salespeople were still vivid in my mind so I was prepared for all the headaches again. Tom Himsworth came out to the lot and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. He wasn't pushy, wasn't trying to strong arm me into buying the car. We just talked. My son and I took the car for a test ride and then sat down with Tom. He gave us some more information, answered more questions and then we left. Driving home, I mentioned to my son how impressed I was with the way we were treated at Audi Devon. The next day Tom and I talked about pricing and some other issues. We finalized the deal a couple of hours later. Tom is a true professional and class act and I appreciate everything he did for me during the entire process. I can't stress enough how much of a pleasure it had been to deal with Tom and how well he represents Audi Devon. I've had the opportunity to meet and work with some other people at Audi Devon and they are truly FIRST CLASS. I've never, ever, recommended any car dealership, let alone a specific salesperson. That has all changed since my encounter with Tom Himsworth and Audi Devon. More
