Excellence beyond reproach Several months ago my wife and I bought a Lincoln MKZ. The sale proces with Tom was one of the best if no the very best buying a car experience I have Several months ago my wife and I bought a Lincoln MKZ. The sale proces with Tom was one of the best if no the very best buying a car experience I have ever had. It was a pure pleasure. And most importantly my wife did not get mad at for being a pain to deal with in a dealership. Refreshing!! Tom was awesome and the way the car was delivered was completely First Class!! Fast forward, learned about a program called DATE NIGHT! What an awesome benefit to their clients. Tanya explained date night to may wife and myself. Low and behold date was a 2017 Lincoln Continental! Fully loaded! Best car by far I have ever driven. Had a fantastic time driving the car! Great people, Great Dealership Thanks again More

Pleasant Experience Purchasing Lincoln MKX The people were very helpful during the purchase of my 2016 Lincoln MKX. I started out with internet sales and they transferred my inquiry to a sales The people were very helpful during the purchase of my 2016 Lincoln MKX. I started out with internet sales and they transferred my inquiry to a sales person that I had previously dealt with in leasing an MKC. My sales person Cowboy Andre Banchi and I emailed, texted, and called each other until I was satisfied with my purchase. Operations Manager Tom Krell was involved in the process as well and he joined in our conversations during the process. I wanted to make sure everything was right and I asked many questions and made several offers on the MKX. Tom and Cowboy were patient with me and gave me their best deal possible. My wife and I then dealt with Business Manager Rick Garcia. Rick was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about different maintenance programs. It did not take that long to do the paperwork and Rick got the financing through our credit union at a very low interest rate. We then dealt wit Concierge Manager Tanya Tomanek. Tanya is very sweet and nice and set us up with a date night where the dealer pays for our dinner. She also went over features of the car.Lastly, I wanted extra tinting on my windows and a water stain removed from the windshield and Tom Krell took care of that for us and furnished a loaner vehicle for our use. More

Hands down the best buying experience we have ever had! Bozard is 85 miles from where I live, and I will make the trip back to them for my next ford. We have bought about 10 new cars or trucks in the last 20 years. We have never seen a dealer like this. They made us feel like we were return buyers that have come to them over and over. Everyone we dealt with bent over backwards for us when the truck we ordered came in with some issues. I will not only buy from them again, I will probably let this experience make up my mind between the Ram Pro master vs Ford Transit for my business. Thank You, Ray Langley More

Disappointed several times Having purchased my Lincoln MKX at Bozard, I must say that their sales team is wonderful. We special ordered it, knowing that we wanted certain featur Having purchased my Lincoln MKX at Bozard, I must say that their sales team is wonderful. We special ordered it, knowing that we wanted certain features offered by Lincoln for 2016. However, we have had issues with the service department from the very beginning. Issues include: cooled seats (which initially the service dept. said was working as intended), the headlamp system (again, initially brushed off by the service dept. saying they couldn't duplicate the message that displayed on the dash - even though I had a picture that included the mileage), the environment module, the warning system for impacts, the headrest came apart, the pillar covering was coming off, window felt was not on correctly and was bunched up; and all this on a car with less than 5500 miles. As stated, the service dept. denied that there was anything wrong with the seat not cooling. It took me showing them how a working seat felt when on cool before they took the car (had it for 2 weeks as they eventually also finally realized that the headlamp system was flashing error codes). They did replace the entire headlamp system as directed by Lincoln. Seat still not working properly, but at that point I took the car from Bozard. I then took it to a different dealership that actually fixed the seat. Upon my request, my husband and I met with head of service and a member of management while I listened to them tell me how to adjust the non-working seat to get the maximum cooling that Lincoln intended. It has been in the shop for the headlamp system again, and parts were ordered for the headrest, pillar and window. We had to leave town before all of the parts even came in, the parts were on order for 2 weeks. One of the parts that came in and was supposedly replaced, still looks exactly the way it looked before being replaced. Marcia Nelson, our service rep, is kind, understanding and has always done her best to make things right. But it has to be difficult for her to constantly cover for an inadequately performing service department. As much as the issues are Lincoln issues, the service to repair and/or replace parts is what I am having a hard time with at Bozard. To be told that issues are not really issues, and to be told that repairs were made when they weren't, just doesn't seem professional. More

Outstanding dealership and service When I drove up to the dealership, I had no intention of buying anything. Truth be told I had been wanting to buy a MKZ for two years but I kept makin When I drove up to the dealership, I had no intention of buying anything. Truth be told I had been wanting to buy a MKZ for two years but I kept making excuses. When the 2017 model came out with the redesigned front end, I knew I couldn't make any more excuses. Mike Mitchell walked toward me, spoke to me and we began to converse. I explained that I was interested in the 2017 MKZ model but hadn't seen the one I wanted yet. He asked me what I was looking for and he had one that met my needs. After doing the numbers with him and his sales manager, I was totally sold but since I was closing on a house, I had to wait one more week to pick it up. I put a down payment to hold it and came back one week later to finish the deal. This was the easiest, painless car deal I've ever had and I thank Mike, Tom, Ryan and the Bozard Ford team for taking great care of me. I've already told my friends of Mike's easy going attitude and his belief that the car sells itself! I've bought many Fords but this is my first Lincoln and I am so glad I did! Outstanding luxury with a sporty feel! More
