Best experience I've ever had buying a car I can't summarize how fantastic our expierence was with Bozard Ford Lincoln was but I'll try my best. I've never enjoyed car shopping. People are pushy and rude if your not completely ready to sign papers. That was the total opposite of our expeciance here. From our first encounter with Luis we felt relaxed and really cared for. Luis was very knowledgeable and kind. He showed us everything we wanted to see. After settling on on a decision we next met Tom who is over the Lincoln department. Tom.. where to begin.. Tom worked so hard for us. We hit a little snag when the car in the color I wanted was keyed (at another dealership) he worked and worked and did everything he could to get us another car which was even better than the original one we wanted. Lastly we worked with Kevin Mitchell to sign papers. Kevin was a gem. He was personable and very very funny! It was a delight working with him. He felt like a long time friend with in minutes of meeting him. I could talk much much more about this place but I tried to sumerize :-) I will absolutely be a returning costumer!! This is how car buying should be. More
