Lease Return I was leasing a ford from Bozard and after a year and a half I had less then two thousand miles on the vehicle. With three years left on my lease we I was leasing a ford from Bozard and after a year and a half I had less then two thousand miles on the vehicle. With three years left on my lease we took another of our cars that we also leased in for service we asked Ronnie Shierling if there was anything that could be done. I didn't think you could walk away from a lease so I didn't think much could be done. How ever Ronnie put together a team to see what if anything thing could be done. Ronnie was very positive and he and his team were able to address all my concerns and was able to get me out of my lease with no penalties and their attitudes were just so great! I have move here only three and my family have bought three car's from Bozard. I love working with theses folks and buying from them is the best and easiest of any car dealer I have ever bought from, GM of Ford. I then traded two and leased one. Saving one hundred dollars a WEEK. Do yourself a favor if you need a vehicle, go and buy from Bozard Ford!!! More

Best vehicle purchase experience! I’ve heard good things about Bozard, so we took a drive from Jacksonville to check them out. We were greeted by Lee when we arrived and immediately hi I’ve heard good things about Bozard, so we took a drive from Jacksonville to check them out. We were greeted by Lee when we arrived and immediately hit it off. Started looking at one of their customized F-150’s and took it for a drive. Lee was very knowledgeable; going over all the truck’s features, specs, and maintenance needs. After the test drive, Wayne made the numbers work and we met at a happy median. Lee then introduced us to TJ, who took care of all the not so fun stuff; he made it all a breeze. These guys all really do work as a team and everyone is involved throughout the process. Few days later, Tom called to check on us and got us hooked up with Billy in the aftermarket department to get a few final touches addressed with the lift and tires. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Bozard is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Even after the sale, they still care about the customer and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Best vehicle buying experience ever We tend to keep vehicles a long time - so when it came time to look for a new truck, my husband and I almost dreaded the process. We looked around online - and went to Bozard Ford in St Augustine because it seemed they had quite a large inventory. We weren't disappointed - the inventory was huge....but what made it a great experience wasn't the facilities (which are very, very nice) or the inventory - which is very, very large. The difference was the people. John Upton is the best salesman imaginable... never ever pushy - but always helpful; willing to go on as many test drives as I wanted - and just nice to be around. Tom Krell made the deal happen without any drama, and Wayne Tennant made the financing process as much of a pleasure as financing paperwork can be. Everyone was genuinely friendly - not fake "we want to sell you a car" friendly. Maybe we won't keep vehicles so long in the future! More
