I recently purchased a Ford F-150 XLT from Bozard Ford. I intially started a bidding contest with other Ford dealers in my vicinity (St. John's County, FL), but since i was looking for the best deal, I exp I intially started a bidding contest with other Ford dealers in my vicinity (St. John's County, FL), but since i was looking for the best deal, I expanded my search to Ford Dealors as far south as Titusville, FL and Orlando. From the very beginning Bozard offered the lowest price (over Dealer cost) they work hard to find a vehicle with my color and accessories preferences. Paperwork was provided to me in advance so there were no surprises and the transaction was very smooth and efficient. Tom Krell, my salesman was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain all of the contract documents and of course, the vehicle features. I had ordered some addtional accessories that had to be installed after the sale and Mr. Krell personally drove to my home, left a loaner vehicle and took the truck to Bozard to have the accessories installed. He also filled up the gas tank and had the vehicle washed and cleaned before returning it to my home. Tom called me the next week and checked in to see how I was enjoying the vehicle and if there were any problems. Very blown away by my experience with Bozard Ford, especially with the sales process and exceptional price. I would not hesistate to recommend Bozard Ford and of course, I would definitely recommend Tom Krelll.
