Needed another new car and I thought of Tom Krell right away. No one would've guessed I would be in the market again so soon from a year ago (bought a new Explorer at that time) but circumstances made it s away. Bozard staff members went above and beyond to make sure my experience was hassle-free. I can recall only one other car buying experience in the last 20 years that even came close. I would like to say Thank you very much to; Tom Krell who I met on my first visit and who has been very helpful. He even came in on his day off to finalize the details. Frank Serverius who teamed up with Tom to assist in getting the vehicle prepped and delivered, John Moon for his assistance on the phone and Terry Seymour who got me a better rate than expected. When I visited Bozard Ford on New Year's Day, I was relieved that a dozen salesmen did not swoop upon me. That always makes me uncomfortable. Instead, I was greeted by an associate who asked which salesman I was meeting, and showed me to Tom Krell's office. Tom Krell was a pleasure to work with. He didn't use high-pressure tactics to make a sale. I wanted a specific Ford F150, and he found the exact vehicle that I required. Tom even came in to work on his day off to ensure that my truck was transported from Tallahassee to St. Augustine in record time. He personally delivered the vehicle to my home, and showed me all of the bells and whistles for over an hour. I've been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years, and I have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience to date. I was so satisfied, I also purchased a Leer camper shell from Bozard, and asked Tom to find a cargo van for me, as well. Bozard Ford is the best! More

The day I took pocession of my new truck, Tom was very detailed in briefing me with the trucks features. Bozard's "prep" was better than I expected. My wife and I drove 4+ hours round-trip to look at trading a beat-up old pickup we had for a used F-350 that Bozzard Ford had on their website. I called Randy at 6:00pm on a Thursday night and asked i trading a beat-up old pickup we had for a used F-350 that Bozzard Ford had on their website. I called Randy at 6:00pm on a Thursday night and asked if the truck was still available. He told me it was and I explained what I was looking at trading and that it would be a 4+ hour round-trip for me just to come look at the truck. He assured me that we could work out a deal and promised me that if we didn't, he would pay for my gas. My wife and I arrived early the next morning and Randy was fueling up the truck we wanted to see. When he returned, he made a copy of my license and handed me the keys and told my wife and I to take it for a test drive and they would look over my trade while we were gone. When we returned from the test drive, we sat down and looked over the numbers. They were very close to what I wanted, but not quite there, so I asked to talk to the used car sales managers. Randy told me no problem and got Bob. Bob sat down at the table with all of us and heard me out. He then wrote a number on paper, I countered, and we shook hands. It was the easiest negotiation I have ever experienced and I didn't feel like I just got robbed. Once the negotiating was over with, we were introduced to AJ who was going to finish up our paperwork and financing. I already had my financing lined up through USAA, so that went very smoothly. AJ was very nice and explained every piece of paper that we had to sign, told us what to expect in the mail from the tag office, and thanked us for our business. When we were finished with AJ, we were introduced to Tom who congratulated us on our purchase, thanked us for our business, and installed our temporary tag on the new truck. Our overall experience at Bozzard Ford was excellent. All of the employees were extremely friendly and we got a good deal without all of the hassle. More

Everything about the purchase went smooth! Tom took me through the 3 or 4 rows of F150’s and pointed out the trucks with similar options to my spec till I settled on two. We test drove both and began talking numbers, very little pressure and only gave me the facts. When we couldn’t agree on a price, he found an almost exact match that just needed a couple of bolt-ons that was in my price range. He ended up staying after his shift was over to insure I met Frank to setup my service dates and he also took me through the SNYC website and didn’t rush it at all. All in all very impressed! More

Tom was fabulous! I had called him a few weeks ago to get some direction on how to handle our situation and to see what would be needed by the dealer. He was helpful and nice and gave me all the info I required. We left town for a few weeks and we came back this past Sunday. Monday morning I called him again and he was right there with all the answers and some great advice. Throughout the day Monday and Tuesday he communicated with us and with our credit union to set up the purchase of our new Ford Focus. He worked with my husband when he went to sign the papers and worked with me when we went to pick up the car giving me a tutorial of all those buttons! He's funny and pleasant and I would not hesitate coming back there for another vehicle. My son had bought a car from Bozard a few months ago and although I only helped him by phone gathering some info for him, my husband accompanied him to the dealership. My son's process was also just as smooth as can be. I actually bought a car from you about 10 years ago when you were located on San Marco. I only remember good things from that transaction as well. We do not have a need for any more vehicles in the next few years, but we do have 2 more children and I have a husband that loves to buy cars, so we will be back! I really can't say enough about Tom Krell. Not one thing to complain about. Please make sure the right people know how amazing he was as a sales person :) Oh, and I'm loving the car too :) More
