Tom was fabulous! I had called him a few weeks ago to get some direction on how to handle our situation and to see what would be needed by the dealer. Monday morning I called him again and he was right there with all the answers and some great advice. Throughout the day Monday and Tuesday he communicated with us and with our credit union to set up the purchase of our new Ford Focus. He worked with my husband when he went to sign the papers and worked with me when we went to pick up the car giving me a tutorial of all those buttons! He's funny and pleasant and I would not hesitate coming back there for another vehicle. My son had bought a car from Bozard a few months ago and although I only helped him by phone gathering some info for him, my husband accompanied him to the dealership. My son's process was also just as smooth as can be. I actually bought a car from you about 10 years ago when you were located on San Marco. I only remember good things from that transaction as well. We do not have a need for any more vehicles in the next few years, but we do have 2 more children and I have a husband that loves to buy cars, so we will be back! I really can't say enough about Tom Krell. Not one thing to complain about. Please make sure the right people know how amazing he was as a sales person :) Oh, and I'm loving the car too :) More

Tom Krell and Bryan Wilson have done it again! This is my second time buying from Bozard Ford and second time writing a review on them. And I have to say, they have out done them selves! The first time was back on September 1, 2012, I walked away with a little gem of a car. A 2005 Honda Civic in absolutely impeccable condition and very well priced. It was by far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. From the respectful and attentive way they both treated my wife and I to how proud and excited Tom and Bryan were in recommending some of the best places to go in St. Augustine, FL. This time I found another gem in a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L (I love Hondas, no offense to Fords!). I emailed Tom late in the day Saturday about this car, and he responded right back, even though he was already at his home. We agreed to meet first thing on Sunday morning but I told Tom we only had about an hour and a half to be there because the wife and I had an event we needed to attend at 2:00PM. We arrived at 11:30AM, Tom quickly pulled up the car and again graciously allowed me to examine the car while he went to work on taking my trade and telling Bryan Wilson from Financial Services, to be ready for us and that we were pressed for time. Upon returning from the test drive (by the way, the car was awesome!), we sat with Bryan as he thoroughly presented the finance options and shortly after that we had everything approved and signed. By 2:00PM, my wife and I were arriving at our event on time and on our new car! Thanks to Tom and Bryan who went above and beyond to make sure my needs and concerns were met. And again they were excellent! PS, Right now I can say; "I buy all my Hondas at Bozard Ford Lincoln". More

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I needed a car for my 18 year old son and I had the best car buying experience at Bozard Ford Lincoln. As I was looking for a used car on Ebay, I found a really nice looki year old son and I had the best car buying experience at Bozard Ford Lincoln. As I was looking for a used car on Ebay, I found a really nice looking and very well priced 2005 Honda Civic EX listed by a dealership in St. Augustine, FL. When I realized the location of the dealer was within driving distance to my home, I decided to locate this dealer so that I may have a chance at seeing the car in person. As I began researching this dealership (Bozard Ford Lincoln), I was struck by how many links for comments about them I found. As I read so many positive things about them I decided I would take the wife up to St. Augustine, FL and along the way we would stop by this dealership to check out this car. I spent the entire week looking for similar cars so that I would have other comparatives, but Bozard Ford still had the best price. I checked the value of the vehicle with KBB.com and Bozard Ford was “spot on!”. I sent them an email late Friday night and by 6:45am the next morning Tom Krell wasn’t even at the dealership but he had responded to my email assuring me that he would find out if the car was still available (since they had started their Labor Day sales). Shortly there after Tom and I were on the phone. It was as if I was talking with an old friend and this friend knew just what I was looking for. The whole experience was great! By the time I met Tom personally, he just handed me the keys and let me and my wife go examine the car by our selves (remember this was my “old friend” after all!). My wife and I were amazed with the condition of the car (We still are!). Tom later came out to see how we were doing. From there he told us we could take the car out to I-95 and give it a good spin. After that, we sealed the deal. Tom introduced us to their Financial Services Manager Brian Wilson who got us great financing and also treated us with great care and respect. Through out the entire process there was no pressure, no rush, no push of any kind! We also ended up receiving excellent recommendations for were to go in St. Augustine to celebrate our purchase. I think the city of St. Augustine should know that they can count on the employees at Bozard to serve as “tourist information” for the city of St. Augustine. All and all, my wife and I are extremely happy with the purchase but even more with having come into Bozard Ford Lincoln. We are recommending our friends and family to check them out. I would certainly start my next vehicle purchase through Tom Krell here at Bozard Ford Lincoln. More
