Repeat Customers For A Reason.. My husband and I decided to purchase our 3rd car from North End Subaru. We came in with a list of questions from my research on cars and put Frank Cap My husband and I decided to purchase our 3rd car from North End Subaru. We came in with a list of questions from my research on cars and put Frank Cappacio to the test. Not only did he answer all of them professionally with a smile and laughter. We were very comfortable with him. We went home with more accurate information that helped us make the best decision with no pressure at all. I never thought I would end having 2 same cars in the family " Legacy. " My comfort level was buying a car with reliability, safety, reputation and AWD. I had to figure that out on my own and not to be convince by anyone. Oh..if they don't have it they will find it! Thank you Frank for a great deal ! I would not only thank the entire staff in sales ( always smiling ) but also just as important is Tom in financing ( smooth transition ) to Rick, Josh, and the entire service team ( knowledgable & so friendly.) We wish North End Subaru continued success and will be repeat customers again in the near future. Rich & Sue More

He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, each and every time. Always very knowledgable, he makes sure that he can find a car that fits you, your budget, your lifestyle and there was never any pressure. His patience made the process enjoyable and less stressful than it already is. His explanations are thorough and absolutely made sure that I understood all of the features, while also answering all of my questions. Throughout the entire process he was genuine, sincere and a great guy to work with. Also, Tom Liddle who has been with this dealership for many years is extremely knowledgable, very informative, thorough and a genuinely nice guy. He definitely helped get a great deal and was a pleasure to work with each and every time I've purchased a vehicle at North End. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and straight forward in his dealing with me. Mike explained the different features of the test cars I drove and after making the purchase, on the day my Subura Impreza was ready for me, he took all the time I needed to go through all the features before I drove off.and went into great detail to explain all the benefits of the Rewards Program. Tom Liddle was excellent t also with preparing all the business paperwork to finalize the deal and to go over the loan documents and other vehicle documents with me, and to answer any questions I had. Bob is the Best! Bob was great when we bought our previous Outback so we went back to him. He really helped with all the new technologies and features..... not as sim Bob was great when we bought our previous Outback so we went back to him. He really helped with all the new technologies and features..... not as simple as the old cars were!!! I know I can call Bob anytime to review the "how-to's" and to check on glitches (mostly my fault). Bob guided us through the ordering process and kept us up to date with the timing of the car's arrival; test drive and explanations for all the new technologies and differences from our previous car. Thanks also to Jesse Manning for showing me options. North End Subaru is a keeper dealership for us. We love you all. B Farrell More

Bob made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable I won't wait this long again. I had not planned on buying an Impreza, but wanted to test it and quickly realized why Subaru had such a cult following. Bob guided me through the purchase by providing me with a lot of useful information and no pressure. I was referred here by a good friend and would recommend the sales team to anyone I know. Thanks again guys-I've already decided I'll be back for my next car! More

Excellent buying experience with Greg I had a fantastic experience buying a new 2015 Subaru Outback from North End Subaru with the help of Greg Nuorimo. I had bought a 2011 Outback from a different dealer out of state and Greg helped me realize I had gotten a bad deal and could afford a newer model that would be better for me in the long run. I ended up doing a lot or research to be sure this was actually the case and the results all pointed to the fact that Greg was absolutely right, Not only did Greg help me get the car I wanted, he did so with patience, enthusiasm, and great knowledge of the cars he sold. Unlike the out of state dealer, all members of North End Subaru who helped me had a sense of pride about what they were doing. I felt great walking out of there knowing the members of that dealership truly want to help me find what's right for me and will do what they can to make it work. The car I was hoping to buy was on back order for months and Greg was able to get it here within weeks. I can't speak highly enough of my experience there and I will definitely be back again for service on my car and a new car when the time comes. More
