I came to North End Subaru looking to trade in my Honda Civic for a Forester. After seeing the commercials for the 2014 I really wanted to take a look at them. Frank Capoccia made this the easiest decision I've ever made. He showed me all the new features & benefits on the 2014 and after I test drove told him I would be coming back on Sunday to test drive again. Sunday was his day off but he came in just for me and I ended up buying the car that day. When I came to pick my car up a couple days later, it was once again his day off, but he came down just for me. Frank made the whole experience of buying my new car very pleasant and stress free. I would recommend him to anyone in an instant. More
