Hi, my name is Tom Lombardo; Business Manager here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. I joined the Germain team in March of 2015 bringing with me sales experience from Harley Davidson and the Real Estate market. I believe in a pressure-free sales process and finding the best package to protect you and your family’s investment not only now but for your future purchases. I was Born and raised in Columbus, OH GO BUCKS! As you can tell one of my favorite things is the Ohio State Buckeyes as well as the fall season. I graduated from Pickerington Central, CSCC and Franklin University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. The most played songs on my playlist are anything by Tim McGraw and mostly anything else Country. I enjoy relaxing to these sounds in my favorite vacation spot which is any place with sunshine, beach and cold drinks. My favorite Toyota is the TRD PRO 4Runner, I like this vehicle so much I just had to purchase one in 2018. I'm always here to assist you.

Personalized experience and a step in the right direction! I just bought my new Rav4 from Germain Toyota a few weeks ago! The sales team focused not on pushing me into a car but rather showing me the options t I just bought my new Rav4 from Germain Toyota a few weeks ago! The sales team focused not on pushing me into a car but rather showing me the options that would work best for my situation. Now I have a car I love and trust, and I am in a better financial position for the future. They listened to me and the best part? They even let me test drive a few vehicles on my own! That way I got a feel for owning the vehicle. The trust Tom and his team put in me allowed me to trust them to take care of me. More

NOT HELPFUL, DIDNT CARE Reached out to the dealership at the beginning of June, inquiring about the new 2018 Camry. Spoke with a Tom who wanted to assist me. So provided hi Reached out to the dealership at the beginning of June, inquiring about the new 2018 Camry. Spoke with a Tom who wanted to assist me. So provided him with my number, and he did contact me once one came in. So went to the dealership and test drove the car. Everything seemed to be going well but being in the dealership seemed empty and so quiet. So proceeded to have them appraise my vehicle which I was never told what my appraisal was, then also filled out an application for finance. I was pulled aside and told by Tom, that my score was in the mid 500s!, and I responded; "excuse me!" I said NO, im in the 600s just low, so he told me unfortunately there is nothing we can do. So went to Toyota Direct and had them run it, and it came back that my score was in fact in the 600s, so they lied to me, and assuming didn't want to help me because of my negative equity! So I reached out to Tom the following day asking what was my appraisal, said it was only $16k and im like well I showed an appraisal that they were going to honor, clearly they didn't! and I screen shot a KBB trade value and after that no response at all! So I WOULDNT go to this dealer at all, the business manager nor anyone in finance never even came out to speak to me AT ALL to at least go over other options like a Co Signer, which I have readily available! Needless to say, Toyota Direct was able to get me approved NO ISSUE, and Tom didn't show any concern after the information given. Didn't seem to concerned as a customer, only for his pocket! More

Purchase of 2017 RAV 4 I had the pleasure of having Tom Lombardo as my salesman when I was looking to purchase a new RAV 4! I never felt pressured and when he found the one I had the pleasure of having Tom Lombardo as my salesman when I was looking to purchase a new RAV 4! I never felt pressured and when he found the one I was looking for- color in particular - he was as excited to show it to me as I was to see it. I would recommend Tom to any of my friends or family who were looking to buy their next new car. He answered all my questions and since it was quite an upgrade for me from my current car - a 2001 RAV 4 he took the time to explain all the new gadgets and told me to make a list of anything I needed to go over and come back and he would do so. So kudos to Tom and thanks. More

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish Tom recently sold me a new Tacoma and I feel inclined to share my experience. I was in the midst of a lemon law buy back and contacted Tom to test dr Tom recently sold me a new Tacoma and I feel inclined to share my experience. I was in the midst of a lemon law buy back and contacted Tom to test drive a Tacoma, which I ultimately purchased. He was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and kept the process extremely stress free. I truly felt that he wanted to make sure I was happy, and that I was getting the vehicle that was right for me. He even arranged to have heated seats installed in the vehicle (not available directly from toyota on that model) prior to me picking it up. If I purchase another toyota vehicle it will definitely be from Tom. More
