My internet sales person was Tom Martin and he did an outstanding job. I had never done business with Sam Pack before. Though I am very loyal to a dealer I always get three bids prior to making a decis outstanding job. I had never done business with Sam Pack before. Though I am very loyal to a dealer I always get three bids prior to making a decision. After receiving the offers I tried to stay with the dealer who I had used twice previously. But, they just did not at all give me the feeling that they really desired to keep my business. The second dealer I tried on line quickly responded but with the wrong informnation. Not Tom at Sam Pack, he responded immedietely and accurately to my inquiry and his follow up was done in a manner that proved he desired to earn my business. Once I visited the dealership he handled the final negotiations well and ensured that the spray in liner and bed extendor were completed satisfactorily. Additionally, Keith in finance used his expertise to create a win-win situastion that exceeded my expectation. To put the cherry on the cake Paul the Sales manager made sure he intrduced himself and expressed his appreciation of my business in persaon. Way to go Sam Pack you have a new loyal customer! More

Tom and Dwight made this a VERY pleasant experience for me. I had sent in an Internet Request for Quote. Tom Answered quickly and sent a quote. Even though Tom was at Reserve Camp he still made sure I was taken care of. I had finally decided on a the exact car I wanted and ask Tom if he could meet the quote by another dealership. He then asked Dwight to contact to me to make sure I was taken care of. Dwight contacted me, got all the info to complete the deal. Dwight made sure all went well to cover all the paper work as I lived 3 1/2 hours away. When I went on Saturday to pickup my new Ford Edge Tom greeted me and everything was ready. We drove the car, finished the paper work and head back home. I could not have asked for a better deal, nicer people and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was a great vehicle shopping venture. I hate to shop for a new vehicle, as in the past I was hounded by the sales person calling ,mailing cards , just being pushy. We financed through the dealership and Rick Garcia in the business office was extremely quick and efficient (less than 20 minutes to wrap up everything). The sales person, Tom Martin was very attentive to every detail. Paul Schroeder in the Service Department has been our service advisor for six or seven years and is simply the BEST service advisor I have every worked with. He is the primary reason that we continue to visit this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. More

When Tom first contacted me, I explained my situation to him. Tom Martin waited till I contacted him with questions, etc.etc.We changed mind in mid stream and had a tug-pull choice of two vehicles. What we really liked about Mr. Tom he did not or was not "pushie" for a higher dollar vehicle, was honest patient and was a smooth transaction from start to finsh.
