I live in Waco, about a 2+ hour drive to this dealership in Lewisvlle, TX. I found the EXACT Expedition my wife and I were looking for on their webiste Monday evening, August 9th. I requested them to contac in Lewisvlle, TX. I found the EXACT Expedition my wife and I were looking for on their webiste Monday evening, August 9th. I requested them to contact me about the vehicle and within 15 minutes Tom Martin called me and also sent me a return email. I asked him to confirm all the specs their webiste listed for this vehicle to be absolutely sure it was what we wanted. He confirmed everything their website stated. I drove 2+ hours to Lewisville the next day (Tuesday, August 10th) and the vehicle was EXACTLY as he said it was. I bought it that same day. More

Tom Martin and the entire support team went the extra mile to ensure the deals we made on the new cars we recently purchased were the best possible. My husband and I have always hated the car buying experience. I decided to try the Internet sales and Tom Martin answered my price request at 5:30 am! Hefollowed up with detailed pricing, I made a upgrade in he re-quoted it. I came in the next day, accepted the price as it was like discussed. The finance guy respected my wishes for my personal bank financing. David and I couldn't be happier. Our daughter loved the walk through with Tom and loves her car. I sold cars for Sewell Lexus, an extremely reputable company with customer service I didn't think could ever be exceeded. Our experience with Tom was first class. We were referred to him by manager, P company with customer service I didn't think could ever be exceeded. Our experience with Tom was first class. We were referred to him by manager, Paul, after we met Paul on the phone. The reason we came in in the first place was due to Paul's no nonsense price quote and complete honesty on the phone. He didn't make empty promises to get us in which is what I thought very common in non-luxury car dealerships. As soon as my husband and I arrived, Paul had the car gassed and ready for us to drive and Tom was ready to explain everything in the car to us. He respected my somewhat knowledge of cars and of the way conducting a car deal works while also educating us on the Ford Escape we ended up purchasing. We had a difficult time deciding on a specific build and color of the escape and Tom waited patiently on us as we decided along with providing any assitance and follow up along the way. He was persistent but also gave us space - the PERFECT way to keep in touch with a potential customer UNLIKE another dealership I called to check on inventory with who literally called me back 6 times in a row when I did not answer the phone. We also realized a family friend was a manager at the dealerhsip, John Costen. He was awesome at checking in to make sure we were completely happy! Once we decided on the vehicle, Tom was great at answering all my questions about the make ready process and made sure to get everything perfect on the car before delivery. Though the tint couldn't be completed in time, Tom ensured that if we brought it back in the next day they would have a loan car for us to drive making having to come back not an inconvenience at all. Tom's promise came through even when he had to be called away from work and John was so wonderful having an F-150 ready for us to drive - I know the way you are thinking, John. Andy is of course counting down the days until he can get his F-150. Excellent attempt to secretly sell us our next car. Don't worry, we will definitely be repeat customers! I can't finish this review without also complimenting Keith in F&I. He was so friendly and did a great job on his sales pitch for the extra insurance products. Some of which he purchased and those I didn't think were necessary he did a great job attempting one more time to explain their importance but not at all in a pushy way. I also have to say that I was not planning on buying a ford but came to look at the urging of my family. After selling Lexus I became somewhat of a foriegn car snob which is why we were leaning towards Honda and Toyota. The service we received from Tom paired with the friendliness of all those we encountered at the dealership were what sold us the car. Not the car itself. In fact, when we didn't think we could find the color we wanted and found another dealership that might have something we could consider, Andy and I decided it didn't matter, that we really wanted to buy from Tom and not some annoying salesperson at another dealership who just happened to have what we wanted. We eneded up not even needing to worry about it because Tom found us our car! From now on, anytime we need a Ford we will for sure be coming to visit Ford Country. We will also make sure to refer any friends who are considering a Ford as well. I can't say enough how wonderful this experience that I was for so long dreading ended up turning out to be. We look forward to servicing our car at Ford Country and stopping in to say hello to everyone in sales when we visit! Thank you for a first class experience! More

I had been working with a Ford dealership next to my house for a couple of days on a 2010 truck. This truck had all the options I wanted, but with the amount that I wanted to pay for the truck, the dea house for a couple of days on a 2010 truck. This truck had all the options I wanted, but with the amount that I wanted to pay for the truck, the dealer said that there was no way that this was going to happen. They would call me about twice a day and still offer the same deal, which was annoying. After searching online at a dealership across town and finding the exact same truck at the price I wanted, minus the color, I contacted that dealership and asked if they could offer me that truck in the color I desired, but they weren’t able to swing the deal. From there, I emailed the previous dealer the link to the truck and asked if they could match the price. Again, they told me that there was no way that was going to happen. From there, I had received an e-mail from Tom Martin. I had forwarded the same link to Tom and told him what I was dealing with at the original dealer and that it really didn’t look like I was going to be able to get the truck. From there, I heard back from Tom in about an hour and he had two trucks at the price I wanted with all the options and some extras to choose from. That was amazing! I was busy at work all day, so I could only send Tom all my random questions and requests for pictures by e-mail. The longest time I had to wait for his response was maybe a half an hour at most. From there, we were able to set everything up so that I could just come in to the dealership and sign the paper work and be on my way. Overall, Tom was the best salesman I have ever experienced and I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends! Thanks Tom!! More
