Tom Martin, as usual, went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, even when he was sick! True dedication to his job! He's one of the main reasons we continue to use Sam Pack. We also had the pleasure of meeting John Gerarde; he made sure we were completely satisfied and taken care of, he also had great knowledge of the vehicle and showed us some of the fun, new technology features. Both Tom and John made sure we understood that if we had questions at any time, we could contact them and they'd be more than happy to work us through them. Good dealer rating, and NO "Dealer Add-ons" I had done a great deal of research on the 2014 F-150 and knew what I wanted but had not decided on color. One of the things I encountered at other dealerships was "Dealer Add-ons", some of which I did not want or need. This dealership did not have "add-ons". I talked to Jarod Swaboda on the phone and told him the trucks of intrest. When I arrived later in the day there were two trucks waiting for me. I decided on the color and test drove the truck, it drove great. I asked to drive another with slightly different equipment and Jarod brought it up. Everyone was helpful and friendly. All aspects of my experience was very good and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Great experience with Tom Martin Today my fiancé and I visited Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Lewisville and worked with Tom Martin. We were looking to trade in our current vehicle and lease a new Ford Fusion. Our overall experience was great and Tom was a great help. There was absolutely no hassle in getting our car appraised and we were given a solid offer. Tom was very polite and showed tremendous professionalism. He also was great with the numbers and gave us the best possible deal with no hassle. The rest of the staff was also very helpful in explaining each step of the process and helping us learn about our new car. I would recommend this dealership and Tom Martin to anyone looking for a positive dealership experience and we will definitely be coming back when it comes time for our next purchase. More

Tom Martin was very helpful. I went in to exchange my car and get into a lease. I have never leased a car before, so he was extremely helpful in explaining all of the details to us so we could make an educat and get into a lease. Tom impressed us to the fullest! He even came to pick us up from the airport. We flew in from Oklahoma and drove back to North Carolina and Tom made this stressful situation a lot easier.
