Friendly, willing to work with us to make the deal. Our sales rep Beau was kind enough to bring the car to our home (70 miles away from dealership) to show us the car and to make sure it would fit in o Our sales rep Beau was kind enough to bring the car to our home (70 miles away from dealership) to show us the car and to make sure it would fit in our tiny garage. Beau was quick to respond to any email inquiries. The day we went to the dealership Beau had both the original car he had driven to our home and another model with all of the required options we requested. We were able to compare them side by side. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Even though the dealership was in the process of moving, it was still a nice bright clean facility. More

We recently purchased an F-250 from Hall Ford Elizabeth City. This is by far the best vehicle buying experience of any vehicle we have ever purchased. The salesman (Lindale Brothers) and sales manager (David Shope) were top notch! They are constant professionals and kept us updated every step of the way! The paperwork was ready when we arrived and the process was smooth every step of the way. They even brought the truck to Virginia Beach for us to test drive. Do yourself a favor and contact this dealership. It’s a pleasant laid back vibe and with good people!! They go the extra mile for customer service!! More

Shopping for a F350 Hall Ford was helpful thru the whole process . I was trading in a fully loaded " full of materials and tools " F350 . Disrespected First of all the sales team that showed me the vehicle for test drives and features was great. Was happy with purchase. What I was not happy with. I was sold a mantience plan for my vehicle that did not match the manufacture recommended schedule. So when I go to make the appt. To get my oil changed I find out it is not due for another 5,000 miles .When I call ask about this I'm told we will look at it when you come in. After i get there not only do they disrespect me by telling me I owe $50 to cancel a plan that did not match my vehicle schedule I'm told the manufacture 10,000 mile oil change is not correct everyone gets it changed at 5,000. I was never informed when sold the plan . It was not based on vehicle schedule . So when I called them out on everything i was told I can sell you a plan for anything it doesn't have anything to do with vehicle schedule. All over $50 and they knew my truck was in back waiting to get the oil changed and I had paid extra for full synthetic oil which was $30. So for $50 They gave up a long term customer. For service.
