Having two kids we wanted something bigger but I am an "anti-minivan" mom and the Acadia is exactly what we were looking for. Mike is very knowledgeable about the dealership's inventory and is able to determine what will best suit your needs. He was able to answer every question I had precisely without hesitation. When it came time to negotiate, he was able to offer me a great deal on my trade in, and another great deal on my new car. Denny was attentive throughout the whole process and made the usually tortuous and time consuming procedure of buying a car, actually fun and easy. When it came time to sign all the final paperwork, Tom helped me out and kept things moving quickly while still thoroughly explaining exactly what I was signing. Best Car Shopping Experience EVER! I was in the market for a new or slightly used car. I talked to a few dealers and all of the sales people were 'pushy' with the exception of Mike Sim I was in the market for a new or slightly used car. I talked to a few dealers and all of the sales people were 'pushy' with the exception of Mike Simon at Pointe. I inquired about the vehicle online, received a reply via e-mail, then the follow-up call that I requested. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and gave me his hours in case I was interested in coming in. No big push, no fancy sales pitch. He let ME do most the talking. When I told him that I was coming in, the car was unlocked and ready for me to test drive. We discussed figures, and he said take my time, think it over, call him if I was interested - no rush. Of course I was already sold on the friendliness of the entire staff, his excellent demeanor as a salesperson, the car itself naturally, and the negotiated figures on the trade plus the price of the car. So needless to say I bought the car and I am VERY HAPPY with the entire experience. THANK YOU POINTE for going above and beyond! More
