The 2025 Grand Highlander was my 5th new car purchase from Conicelli dealerships and 3 have been with Anthony at the Springfield location. The Toyota brand is exceptional in terms of product quality & from Conicelli dealerships and 3 have been with Anthony at the Springfield location. The Toyota brand is exceptional in terms of product quality & reliability and their vehicles are exquisite and packed with great features. Conicelli always has a ample inventory and you’re located just a few minutes away making it convenient to stop by. But the main reason I keep coming back to purchase my new Toyota vehicles from Conicelli is because of Anthony Criscuolo. Anthony has significant experience with and is well versed in the Toyota products. I can rely on his expertise to confirm what my research has told me and to point out additional features to help me make a final decision on which vehicle to pursue. Anthony is also very personable and professional in his approach He listens to what I’m interested in buying and goes the extra mile to look near & far for the exact vehicle. That was never more true than with the purchase of my 2025 Grand H/L. Anthony and the vehicle locator folks diligently searched existing inventory and incoming/in production vehicles for many weeks in search of the car that I was after. It took a lot of their time and effort but they landed an exact match on trim level, color (exterior & interior), and options. I can always count on Anthony to deliver the goods. I appreciate his commitment to delivering quality customer service and I know that I can trust him to sell me a terrific vehicle that fits what I want and not just look to sell me something that’s already on the lot. Well we just bought a Prius and instead of it being a positive experience it was stressful and rude. We went in with an open thought about new or pre-owned. We never even shown a pre owned anything and j positive experience it was stressful and rude. We went in with an open thought about new or pre-owned. We never even shown a pre owned anything and just kept being told how limited the stock was and how it’s not that big of a difference in price. They undercut the trade in because of an unspecified recall on our truck. We told them multiple times that we had other events we had commitments to that day and asked if we could come back but they just kept pushing us to stay. We had to leave one time and just hope our truck was there when we got back. When we did make it back we said again should we do this another time as we had barely 40 minutes before or next appointment that day, they assured us it would be fine. 40 minutes later we are walking out no closer to the close and feeling like we had to have our truck rescued later. The manager sped us now into financing who when we said we were out of time responded “did we force you to buy a car?!?” Beyond rude. Again tried to walk out and got assailed by the manager who said 5 minutes tops. It was so horrible the finance person just shoved papers at us like we were going to jail and with disdain. I was so late at this point I left my youngest who was getting a car for the first time to deal with the final steps on their own. Honestly I was amazed when I made it home later that afternoon that they had a car at all and didn’t have to get an uber. I am not even going into the hoops I had to jump through to prove we could pay for the car, not finance, pay for out right! Which we did. I am left feeling like we had a root canal, a necessary task but very painful, unpleasant, and expensive. More

I had a very pleasant experience with the Springfield team and specifically Nik. I had a bit of a unique situation but we were able to make a trade with my previous vehicle so I could walk away with a ne team and specifically Nik. I had a bit of a unique situation but we were able to make a trade with my previous vehicle so I could walk away with a new 25 Toyota Prius Nightshade. I felt like Nik was very honest and professional. He was very patient, down to earth and knowledgable. He even helped me set up my phone and apps in the new car. I love my new car! More
