Yesterday the brake /emission lights stating to bring to dealer illuminated my dashboard! My plans included to travel further out of the Braintree area. Naturally I called dealer right away explaining the dealer illuminated my dashboard! My plans included to travel further out of the Braintree area. Naturally I called dealer right away explaining the series of events. After some time explaining I asked for Victor! He wasn’t available at that time. Instead, I drove nervously to the dealer. Upon arrival I was told that the car would have to stay overnight/ or return in morning by another member of staff. After explaining the severity of the events that needed to transpire with the aide of my car. Thank GOD for Victor in Service whom set my anxiety at ease by assuring that he and the team will get to the bottom of the issue that day. He provided my family and I with a Lyft transportation to and from the dealership and monitored our safe delivery each way.
