The only issue I had is that the 2018 Jeep Model I purchased was not equipped with CarPlay thru the 5.0” radio system.. Needs a larger screen/system to use CarPlay.. for the cost you pay for the vehicle they should all be automatically equipped with today’s technology not just certain models... More

When you go, ask for Svet, he really listens to your needs, is very understanding and is dedicated to making the best accommodations possible. Tom Phelan worked hard to meet our budget as well, once we found the car we loved which we couldn’t afford anywhere else. The customer service is top notch and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Most recently I purchased a car for my wife and one for myself. I worked with Svet who went above and beyond despite how busy he was with other sales. Marcin with finance made the process easy, informative, and painless. JC Phelan and his brother Tom run a first class dealership and I can't imagine any car buying/service experience being any better than I've experience at Jack Phelan Countryside! More

The service team has always taken really good care of me and I trusted them. When the time came for a new car I wanted to give them my business. I must say they did not disappoint! I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude yesterday and I must say out of all my car purchases over the last 20 something years, this by far was the best experience. Quick purchase. Great service. Amazingly helpful staff. Not pushy. I was there just over an hour got an amazing deal on the new car and trade in and everyone involved was stellar! I would definitely buy from Jack Phelan again.
