Customer for Life Last week I returned to J. Phelan Dodge to complete a deal trade up from my 2014 Challenger to a 2015 Challenger. This is my 4th Challenger (all from Last week I returned to J. Phelan Dodge to complete a deal trade up from my 2014 Challenger to a 2015 Challenger. This is my 4th Challenger (all from Svet) in the last 5 years. The experience was outstanding as usual. I also purchased a Jeep Cherokee for my daughter at Xmas time and again Svet hit a homerun on the deal. Svet has become like a member of the family at this point. He is beyond fair and accommodating. He always works a fair deal and works directly with the customers understading of the process. I am a mopar guy and Svet will be my salesman as long as he employed there. Two added items: The addision of Tom Phelan has somehow made the experience even better. It feels like it did a year ago when Jimmy was one of the managers (R.I.P., Jimmy). More

Customer Service I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased at Crystal Lake Dodge Jeep Ram. At 8k miles I was unable to shift my car out of park and the servic I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased at Crystal Lake Dodge Jeep Ram. At 8k miles I was unable to shift my car out of park and the service department (Crystal Lake) sent me away assuring me the issue had been fixed. 24 hours later my car was having the same issue. I was recommended by a family friend to contact Jack Phelan- I did indeed do that and am so glad I did. After notifying the dealer of this issue, my car was picked up and towed to the dealership within 40 minutes. A car was delivered to my house for my use while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The service department notified me within 30 minutes of them having my car to report that I was in need of a new transmission. The level of customer service that I received was more than exceptional. I will be purchasing my next Jeep from Jack Phelan. More
