All This was my first time buying a new car (I have owned several used ones) and Svet Valchev and JC Phelan made the entire process as easy as ever. All of the people at Jack Phelan Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM treated my wife and I like family and answered all of our questions. Svet made us feel very comfortable and confident in what we were purchasing and we love our new Dodge caravan. I would highly recommend using this dealership when you go to purchase a car. You know you are being treated fairly, you will be confident you are getting a great deal, and you will leave knowing that they will continue to support you while you use your vehicle. I can not express enough how much these guys made me feel welcome, comfortable, and part of the family. I am going to buy all my cars here and so should you. More

My salesman "Ryan" did an outstanding job and was genuinely concerned with addressing my needs and doing a good job. It's rare to see a young car salesman take true pride in his work and make such a sincere effort. All the general sales staff seemed like great guys but if I were you I'd ask for "RYAN" you'll be happy you did. I also really appreciate the help and service I received from the management, particularly "Andy" "Dan" and "Rich". These guys were great representatives for the store and brand, again it's rare to find guys like this that actually make sincere efforts and really want to see you get what you want. Thank you to all you guys and of course the leader of the pack "Tom Phelan"! Enjoy that Jeep Tom!!! Ryan More

"Phelan way or no way at all" From the moment we walked in through the doors we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy by Tom Phelan and Ruben Mendoza. I was very please From the moment we walked in through the doors we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy by Tom Phelan and Ruben Mendoza. I was very pleased with the entire experience by the team at Jack Phelan. Ruben did a stellar job at listening to my needs and wants and executed with profound understanding. It was cold outside so I was embracing to deal with the cold weather but to my surprise Ruben actually had the service team drive the cars into their heated service garage so my 3 year old daughter wouldn't have to be in the cold. I'm absolutely obsessed with my 2015 Jeep Patriot thanks to Ruben's recomendation. He was great during the entire process 4 stars all across to this all star team member!!!! More

Customer for Life Last week I returned to J. Phelan Dodge to complete a deal trade up from my 2014 Challenger to a 2015 Challenger. This is my 4th Challenger (all from Last week I returned to J. Phelan Dodge to complete a deal trade up from my 2014 Challenger to a 2015 Challenger. This is my 4th Challenger (all from Svet) in the last 5 years. The experience was outstanding as usual. I also purchased a Jeep Cherokee for my daughter at Xmas time and again Svet hit a homerun on the deal. Svet has become like a member of the family at this point. He is beyond fair and accommodating. He always works a fair deal and works directly with the customers understading of the process. I am a mopar guy and Svet will be my salesman as long as he employed there. Two added items: The addision of Tom Phelan has somehow made the experience even better. It feels like it did a year ago when Jimmy was one of the managers (R.I.P., Jimmy). More

At 8k miles I was unable to shift my car out of park and the service department (Crystal Lake) sent me away assuring me the issue had been fixed. 24 hours later my car was having the same issue. I was recommended by a family friend to contact Jack Phelan- I did indeed do that and am so glad I did. After notifying the dealer of this issue, my car was picked up and towed to the dealership within 40 minutes. A car was delivered to my house for my use while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The service department notified me within 30 minutes of them having my car to report that I was in need of a new transmission. The level of customer service that I received was more than exceptional. I will be purchasing my next Jeep from Jack Phelan. More
