Amazing service! I went to Valley Honda to look at the Pilot. We were not ready yet to buy a car but we were doing the initial leg work to decide on which car we want I went to Valley Honda to look at the Pilot. We were not ready yet to buy a car but we were doing the initial leg work to decide on which car we wanted. The salesman, Michael, took the time to walk us through all the features of the vehicle. He was patient and very professional. Once we were done he spoke to us about numbers and payments. Turns out, the Pilot was going to be cheaper than our current lease! How could you say no? Came back the next day to complete the lease and it took less than TWO HOURS before I was out the door in my new Pilot. Honestly I will recommend Valley Honda and Michael to everyone I meet. The dealership was insanely clean and the staff was polite from the moment we walked in. More

When I went to buy a new car, I knew I wanted to buy a hybrid and stay with the Honda brand (I have had a pilot, CRV, used Civic and used Accord!). I called and connected with Tom when I heard the new CRV Hybrid was available. He was very helpful, and made sure he checked out any information that I requested on the new model. The minute I test drove the model, I knew it was the car for me. Although I ultimately had to wait for the production of my car, it was worth it. It has an amazing feel driving it, the controls are well thought out and it is quite an update on my 2003 Pilot! When I came to pick up the car, the process was well organized and the fastest that I have ever experienced with a new car. Rose in the financing department was very organized and a joy to work with. Valley Honda is clean, comforting and a place I will come back time and time again! More
