Since I actually purchased my new Fit over several days, my time with him was longer than the average purchaser and he remained totally patient throughout the process. I was indecisive about whether or not to trade in my 2011 Fit or sell it. Ultimately, I did trade it in for a 2015 Fit and was thrilled that the base price had gone up very little since 2011 in spite of all the wonderful improvements. I loved my old Fit, and I love my new Fit. And the service department at Valley Honda has always been exemplary. Kudos to Tom and Valley Honda. More
