Worth the Drive! I had read several excellent reviews about Valley Honda and some specifically about Tom Propersi. It was an hour drive from home but I thought, with I had read several excellent reviews about Valley Honda and some specifically about Tom Propersi. It was an hour drive from home but I thought, with those reviews, especially concerning women purchasers, this was a worthwhile trip to make. Although when I requested more information, I didn't request Tom as a contact person, he became my first contact and my "intro" to Valley Honda. Lucky me!!! His help through the process was great with little to no pressure about anything, especially the "extras" that are often shoved at a buyer. He was knowledgeable about the HRV and took the time, without "dumbing down" his info, to explain all the features and even set up my Bluetooth!. He takes pride in "not letting a customer out the door" without a thorough explanation of the car's features. Overall, the experience with Tom at the helm and Roxann in the Business office, was enjoyable and I felt I was treated very professionally and with kind concern throughout the purchase process. More

The moment you walk into the showroom, you realize that the guest experience is put first. I use the word guest rather than customer, because I felt welcomed and invited. The cleanliness and attention to details showed a high level of standards which meant it translates to how they treat their guests. I knew the moment that I walked in that I wanted to purchase my vehicle from this dealership. Mind you, I have purchased from a BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac dealership. None came close to the standards at Valley Honda. You would think it simply could not get any better, well it did. Nick Capezio, Sales Manager, made me feel like I was in good hands the moment I he said hello. His demeanor and words translated he wanted to have the opportunity to help with a vehicle purchase. Even on a busy Saturday, I did not feel rushed or pushed while building rapport. After spending time to find out what I was interested in, he paired me up with a fantastic salesperson, Tom Propersi. Tom Propersi again replicated the same attention that Nick did. You can see firsthand the coaching and development from the leadership in the dealership translates to each person in the organization. Tom built the same rapport. Never felt rushed through the entire interaction. He didn’t want to only sell me this car he wanted to build a relationship to sell me all of my future cars as well. The night we purchased the vehicle was seamless. My wife and I found ourselves saying, it’s never been this easy to buy a car. There was no headache, no last minute increases in the payment, and absolutely no confusion. The dealership makes it easy to buy a car. Even though it was the end of the night, Tom took ample time to run through the entire vehicle. We left 100% comfortable using every feature. The representative that we signed with was able to do so after our first sales rep kept a log noting our needs. This provided a seamless transition between his team members to meet our service needs when we arrived for the purchase. More
