From the moment we drove on the lot I could tell all staff were highly trained in customer service. We were greeted right away and introduced to Tom. Both my husband and I were present and he made every attempt to keep both of us in the loop and acknowledging we were both part of the decisions. Tom was very down to earth and gave many options and ideas for us to consider. I have worked in sales and customer service all my life and I highly notice the things that many customers do not. I was dreading the idea of shopping for a car, it has always been a very trying and frustrating experience. I know what I want and I push back and challenge all the time. Tom was very respectful and sincere, I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for making this a very non-painful experience. We had a great experience at Allan Nott's. Tom Pseekos was friendly and did not pressure us. We drove both a Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. Tom Pseekos allowed us to test drive models of cars in which we were interested and answered our questions with no pressure to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of current offers from Toyota, including a "one day" offer from Home Shopping Network for $1000.00 in gas cards, allowed us to get the very best deal. We appreciate the time he took on a busy Saturday, his ability to understand what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, and especially, his expertise! Mr. Eric Martin went above and beyond the call of duty in locating the car we wanted in Tennessee. The vehicle he procured was beyond our expectations! His willingness to go that extra mile for us ensured we'll come back to Allan Nott the next time we're ready to purchase another vehicle. Our experience with Steve in the finance department was excellent. The paperwork was prepared and ready to go when we arrived. He answered all our questions and provided us with answers to questions we didn't think to ask. . . including which warranty package was the best for our driving history. Finally, once our car arrived, Cody D. was so helpful in helping us "sync" our phones to the audio equipment before we left the dealership. We're glad our iPhones were easily connected to the Ensure system. He answered our questions about the general operational aspects of the car and said we could return in a couple of weeks with a list of questions and he would be available to answer these questions when we returned. With our previous two vehicles, the service department has been outstanding. It is very easy to book an appointment. The people at the front desk are friendly to all and willing to answer any questions and explain what maintenance/repairs were done on the vehicle. I initially went to Allan Nott because I'd been interested in an Accord for several years, & I'd just seen an ad online regarding a current lease offer on new Accords which looked as if it would ma interested in an Accord for several years, & I'd just seen an ad online regarding a current lease offer on new Accords which looked as if it would make the payment very affordable. I browsed their inventory online & saw an Accord I wanted to test drive & sent an inquiry from their website; Karen Smith got back to me almost immediately (even thought it was Sunday night!) offering to set up an appointment for me to stop in & test drive it as well as have my trade-in evaluated. I went after work the next day, & walking into the dealership I was a little leery because I'd never leased a car & didn't know much about leasing. I met with Tod Ruble first & he assured me that all my questions would be answered & I'd definitely have all the information I needed to make the right decision for me. After gathering some information he set me up with Tom Pseekos in Sales. I met with Tom & he explained all about leasing--he answered all of the (many) questions I had & provided alot of additional information that I hadn't thought to ask about. Then I drove the car & fell in love! I went home & discussed it with my husband, We needed a minor price adjustment due to not having had a car payment in a long time & having just made several home improvements, so I wasn't sure if it was going to happen. Again I was leery going back to negotiate this because in past experiences with other dealerships they've been pretty adamant on both what they'd give for our trade-ins & on the price of the cars we were buying, but Tom's attitude was kind of "let's see what we can do to put you in this car!" He worked with Tod on that & the rest is history--Steve Kowalski did the final Financial paperwork & I went home in the Accord! I LOVE my new car, & at this point our plan is that in three years my husband & I will be heading back to Allan Nott together--for him to buy out the lease on my current one, & for me to lease a new one!
