Everyone took an interest in me and my needs and plans for my vehicle. It was my first time at North Country Ford, but I felt like a long-time customer. I am always hesitant to go look at vehicles because I never know what my dealer experience will be like, how pushy they will be, if they will give me fair trade-in value, etc. Had I known how great all never know what my dealer experience will be like, how pushy they will be, if they will give me fair trade-in value, etc. Had I known how great all aspects of my experience would be at North Country Ford I would have gone weeks earlier and saved myself the fretting about it. Jake in sales was prompt, informative and not pushy at all. The trade in value they gave me for my old vehicle was more than fair- and the best of the 3 dealers I visited. The lady that helped run through options for accessories and protection packages was very knowledgeable and again, not pushy at all, just made sure I had any information I needed to make a decision. Tom in Finance was great to deal with at all and was patient with me going through the numbers. I help advise my family and friends in vehicle purchases and will look to North Country Ford first in the future. More
