Buying a Car can be stressful. It's been awhile since I've had a car payment so buying a newer car was totally stressing me out. Both my car specialist (Kevin, who I highly recommend) and the finance specialist were very patient and accommodating as I took an entire week to decide what to do. I appreciate their wisdom, patience and concern in making sure I was making the right decision for me. This company is in the business of caring for people not just selling cars. By the way I love my Ford Escape and yes especially my double sunroof, I open it all the time to enjoy these last few days of great October weather. Thank you again!!!! More

Friendly, Fast & Fantastic! Well Worth the Drive I found about North Country Ford from another satisfied customer and am glad I made a trip to the dealership. There were Ford dealerships closer however I had to check out for myself if all the praise I heard about the dealership was true. The best expereince I have had a dealership hands down. I came in on a Saturday and left with my new leased 2014 Ford Escape. Bill Fannon was a delight to work with, positive, informative and no pressure. Working with Tom Reil in Finance was a pleasure along with Elizabeth Peck who was also helpful and professional. I will definitely refer others looking for a great dealership to North Country Ford. When I go to a dealership I already know what I want and if it is on the lot or I want to order it. I also have a price in mind that I am comfortable in paying for the product. I had coworkers that stated if it is on the lot or I want to order it. I also have a price in mind that I am comfortable in paying for the product. My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and had our eye on a 2013 Escape. We were very concerned about financing and getting a good interest rate. He was very pleasant, answered all of our questions, and then some! Tom Reil helped us get great financing within our budget. We then set up our first oil change and had great service from start to finish. I love the communication via email. I also really like all the emails I get regarding the Escape and all the items it has - even video's for those of us that don't understand "car jargon"! THANKS FORD!!! More
