2nd Purchase with this Dealership I purchased a certified pre-owned Lincoln from North Country about 5 years ago. I've used their service department for all of the check ups and such a I purchased a certified pre-owned Lincoln from North Country about 5 years ago. I've used their service department for all of the check ups and such and have always been treated wonderfully. My original purchase experience was also very, very good. When I was looking to buy a new car I went to a couple of other dealerships and did not have great experiences. I went back to North Country and again, great experience. Same finance guy (Tom R.) was there which says a lot. My salesman Ken was great and patient. Got a good deal on the vehicle. Ken was great. Tim was great. Will buy all my cars through North Country. Why go anywhere else?? More

North Country I had a lovely experience with Luther North Country. I already knew what I wanted and the specs I was looking for. I had previously went to two oth I had a lovely experience with Luther North Country. I already knew what I wanted and the specs I was looking for. I had previously went to two other dealerships and did not feel as though the salesmen had listened to me. I was on car gurus and saw my vehicle, a Hyundai Tuscon, though they didn't disclose the dealership, so I sent an e-mail to inquire further. Mark had responded with the dealership information, I just decided to go in and look at the car. I met with Mark, right away I felt comfortable with him, he listened to my needs and didn't pressure or try to over sell me, he was very accommodating. He let me have the time I needed to come to my own decision. The rest of the staff was lovely as well, Brandi the delivery coordinator & Tom my financing manager. Tom was great and making sure I had the financing that suited me best & again he didn't try to tack on any un-needed extras that wouldn't truly suit my needs. Overall I felt like the staff was really there to help you with your needs. Thank you North Country. More

99.9% Isn't Good Enough Whenever I do business with a place I always ask myself one question. Are they content and happy with 99.9% of their customers having a Completly Sat Whenever I do business with a place I always ask myself one question. Are they content and happy with 99.9% of their customers having a Completly Satisfied experience? To many the answer would be yes. But I firmly believe that North Country Ford is not one of those businesses that are. The reason I say this is I have been going to this dealer for the last four years and only once did I have an issue that I thought was unfair. Guess what, I talked to Tom the service manager and he fixed the issue I had without hesitation. Yes, in the four years I have been going there I could have been 99.9% satisfied but like I said, Tom corrected the minor issue I had and turned it into 100% Completly Satisfied. This is the reason I continue to buy all my vehicles and do all my service work with them because at the end of the day, there just is no other place that can match their level of service in pricing and customer service. It has been a true pleasure getting to know all of the wonderful employees that I have had the pleasure to do business with I want to give credit to Tom the Service Manager, Brent and Jack In the Service Dept. Tim Reil, Perry Feavel, and Tom Reil in sales for always taking care of me and my family over the last four years and for never being satisfied with only being 99.9% Good Enough. More

2016 Ford Fusion I'm going to keep this short and sweet. In my life I've purchased several vehicles, both new and used, at a variety of dealerships in the Twin Cities I'm going to keep this short and sweet. In my life I've purchased several vehicles, both new and used, at a variety of dealerships in the Twin Cities Metro Area. This dealership was by far the friendliest and most efficiently run dealership I have ever been in. Everyone we worked with was amazing, and I would (and already have actually!) highly recommend to anyone in the market for buying a car to definitely check them out! Ken was our sales person and he was fantastic!! Everyone we encountered was wonderful and they made an experience that I typically dread, a very, very good one! Thanks North Country!! Well done!! Easy and Straight Forward! Awesome service from beginning to end! Our sales person Greg Veum was wonderful! I loved not having to wait around for hours as I have become used to with other dealerships. Everything was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone! More

Black Friday Shopping Experience My husband and I went for lunch and than car shopping. Our first stop was to North Country Ford as we have purchased vehicles there in the past. We spotted an excellent price on a vehicle we were interested in as we pulled in. We noticed how busy it was but still thought we would inquire about it. We tracked down Larry M. as he has helped my husband before. Larry was quick to get the vehicle and warm in up before our test drive--a few hours later, we drove our new vehicle home. We are so impressed with everyone who helped us on this deal. We love our new truck!! More
