I will be totally honest and forthcoming, if they ever get rid of Tom Reinard or Zach Gibbs I will no longer buy a new vehicle as often as I do. Those guys make my buying experience a 5 star event. I found the vehicle I wanted on their on line website, called Tom and he has the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I pulled up to the dealership. The whole event top notch from start to purchase.. Can't say enough good things about Tom and Zach except to let them know they are one of many reasons I shop at Bozard Ford. I was in a terrible credit situation, my trade-in barely ran, but somehow Jordan Bozard are some of the most kind and humble people I have ever met. I was in a terrible credit situation, my trade-in barely ran, but somehow Jordan managed to get me in an amazing used car on their lot. Jordan continued to look for a car months after I even expressed interest in buying a car from him, and he continued to call me time after time with different vehicles until we found the right one, Tom was able to make a few calls around to help me get approved on my car and I will forever be thankful for these two. I now have a reliable source of transportation, I can visit my family, and I can get to work! These two deserve more than a 5 star rating!!!!!!! More
